Support is as relevant as the product or service developed itself. In all the project phases it's important to maintain the best support framework in order to keep a fluent communication between both parts: customer and developer.

WiFense offers end-user support also, but in most of the projects, WiFense will be invisible for the end-user, as the product keeps rebranded by our customer. In these cases, WiFense keeps serving demanded support for the intermediate company until product end of lifecycle.
